Digital DNA by Adriana Varella and Nilton Maltz

Created by artists ADRIANA VARELLA and NILTON MALTZ, Digital DNA was commissioned in 2000 by the Public Art Commission. The sculpture was installed in Lytton Plaza in 2005. The artists intended the 7’ sculpture to be a commentary on the many implications of the technological revolution begun in Silicon Valley. The work was funded by the City of Palo Alto.
